Terms & Conditions TWC Bet Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "TWC Bet" / "Company" / "We" refers to the online betting platform operating under the domain twcbet.world and all associated services.
• "User" / "You" / "Member" refers to any individual who has registered for or used the TWC Bet platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered on the TWC Bet platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in MYR held in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bet" refers to any wager, bet, or stake placed by a user on any game or sporting event on the TWC Bet platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, free funds, or other rewards granted by TWC Bet to users subject to specific conditions.
• "Platform" refers to the TWC Bet website, mobile application (if available), and all services provided through them.

To register and use the TWC Bet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and while using the services.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not being subject to any legal restriction or court order that prohibits participation in betting activities.
• Not accessing the TWC Bet platform from any region or country where online gambling is prohibited.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party without valid authorisation.

TWC Bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the TWC Bet platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms.

By registering an account with TWC Bet, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.

TWC Bet is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Withdrawal terms are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method and time of request.

All bonuses and promotions offered by TWC Bet are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Every user is entitled to Welcome Bonus one time only.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 10x and 30x bonus value varies depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering within the TWC Bet platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• TWC Bet reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period as specified in their respective bonus terms.

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses without genuine risk (e.g., hedging across two accounts).
• Abusing free bet or cashback offers by coordinating with other users.

All bets placed on the TWC Bet platform are subject to our general rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each product (Sports Betting, Live Casino, virtual sports, slots, etc.).

7.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are considered final once confirmed by the TWC Bet system.
• For Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and other sports — the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that apply.
• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed by more than 72 hours, all pending bets will be refunded to the user's account at odds of 1.00.
• In-play betting is subject to real-time odds changes and may be temporarily suspended during key moments in a match.

7.2 Live Casino & Games

• All Live Casino games use software from accredited providers that are independently audited.
• Technical failures during Live Casino games will be resolved based on TWC Bet's system records, which shall be considered final.
• Bets placed during a network disruption on the user's end may not be fully processed. TWC Bet is not responsible for losses resulting from the user's internet connectivity issues.

7.3 Virtual Sports

• All virtual sports results on TWC Bet are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• RNG outcomes are final and cannot be disputed or contested.

TWC Bet is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help users maintain control over their betting habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified time period.
• Play Time Limit: Limit the amount of time you spend on the platform each session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account (1 day to 6 months) if you feel you need a break.
• Permanent Closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

TWC Bet reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Account linked to money laundering or illegal financing activities.

In cases where an account is closed through no fault of the user, any valid balance will be returned to the user following a proper review process. In cases involving fraud or serious violations, TWC Bet reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TWC Bet, its directors, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by pre-announced system maintenance.
• Technical failures beyond TWC Bet's reasonable control, including internet outages, hardware failures, or third-party cyberattacks.
• Bet outcomes resulting from connectivity issues on the user's end.

TWC Bet's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to TWC Bet in the 30 days preceding the claim.

TWC Bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page with an updated revision date.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the TWC Bet platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
